The 18 April 2017 is a landmark date in terms of vocational training development in Africa, and exchange of exprience and expertise, in the context of the south-south partnership.
15 African countries have established "the African Alliance for the Development of Vocational Training", which falls in line With the Royal Instructions of His Majesty, that foster solidarity-based African cooperation.
Also, a ministerial meeting was arranged under the presidency of Mr. Alpha CONDE, President of Guinea and the African Union.
The multilateral framework agreement was signed on 18 April 2017 in Meknès, during its 12th edition of the International Agricultural Exhibition in Morocco, another evidence of the irrevocable commitment of Morocco towards African countries.
The African Alliance for the Development of Vocational Training is managed by an Executive Committee, composed of a representative from each partner country, in addition to a representative from the IsDB.
